you dont wanna be tacky...best advice is flirt with your eyes before anything else(very romantic and the best frist step there is...its not rude and not obnoxious)....usually when you look at someone they would look at you back....its quite funny because its a fact...so if ever you wanna get someone's attention just look at them and while tallking with your buddy or someone... if you look at that person a lot...they couldn't help it....they will stare at you too...even if its not intentional(just dont try to look like a stalker) remember...flirt with your eyes and have a casual smile and laugh with people....once you're both locked in to each other's attention..pull your head down and back as if nodding(but dont nod) ...its kind of like catching a fish with your eyes as the rod....and give a little smirk..a friendly one....in most cases they will be the ones breaking the ice and actually talk to you since you got their attention...but there are some type of people who are afraid or don't like to take thefirst step...
