You don't need lines for flirting. That is like picking people up, which some girls might find annoying. Complimenting girls is a great way to flirt, it embarrasses and pleases them. Also making light jokes or teasing to make them laugh is considered flirting.
You cannot learn to be a flirt - because it will come out as superficial and that you try too hard.

You have to be natural with it.

Just be yourself and smile a lot.
